There are around 93 countries who has participated in Hague convention of October 1961 in this Hague convention in which the legalization of foreign public documents from concerned Embassy was abolished and the Apostille treaty was introduced, according to this treaty the concerned Embassy legalization from the document issued countries was abolished instead the document issued countries Ministry of External Affairs can Apostille/ Legalize the document and that legalization is valid for all other countries which has participated in the Hague convention.
Apostille Procedure in India
Certificate Apostile Procedure:– If you submit your original certificate with a photocopy of the passport we will first Notarize then submit your certificate to Sub Divisional Magistrate wherein it will be authenticated then Ministry of External Affairs will Apostille your document.
1.Duration for Apostile 2 Working Days
This will be without verification in which the ministry will put a seal stating that THE MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT.

2. Certificate Apostile Procedure:- If you submit your original certificate with a photocopy of the passport we will first submit your document to HRD Department of Concerned State wherein it will be authenticated then Ministry of External Affairs will Apostille your document.
